The Fingered Citron, also known as Buddha’s Hand, is one of the oldest citrus fruits. It looks like a lemon with fingers and has a sweet floral fragrance. It is not typically used for eating, but the rind is good for cooking or infusing into liqueurs. The Fingered Citron is seedless and is very sensitive to frost, and grows well in coastal regions.
