Burgundy Plum trees grow narrow and upright, and are cold, hardy with a generously prolonged bloom of white flowers and lengthy harvest season. Its fruit has maroon colored skin and flesh, which is sweet with a very pleasant and mild flavor, and a small white pit at the center.
